Subversion of the legal process

This is a collection of documents and links on the general subject of how outside interests are actively working to infiltrate and subvert our legal process to the detriment of the rights of the people.

1.   "The Anti-Government Movement Guidebook" targets certain citizens for judicial ire — By June Wisniewski. From the January 2001 Idaho Observer.
2.  MIAC Special Report: The Modern Militia Movement (2009) — Distributed to law enforcement officials in Missouri, later retracted and the responsible official fired. It identifies dissidents and members of the Libertarian and Constitution parties as potential terrorists. Reportedly similar documents distributed to police in other states. Apparently authored by an ADL/SPLC team.
3.   Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment (2009) — Department of Homeland security. Distributed to law enforcement officials, it identifies anyone who defends the Constitution as a potential terrorist.
