Dear Trustees,

1. At the request of Tona, I just completed uploading to the present Constitution.org server via FTP a copy of the Constitution Society Website dated 20200603 in Zip Format. This is was a snapshot of the site immediately before directories were rearranged. The filename is:
Constitution.org-20200603-Old.zip and it is in the root folder on the server. It is 39.92GB and took me two days to upload.

2. The latest copy of the current Constitution.org site is also on the server unchanged for probably the last year or more.

3. The following have also been provided to Tona and Ken:

3.1 FTP credentials
3.2 Wordpress database credentials
3.3 Wordpress admin login credentials.

4. There is no other information I am aware of that would be needed to administer the site other than the above, and I have no other information in my possession that I am aware of that would be presently useful to the Society relating to the role of webmaster.

5. Please at this point:
5.1 Remove me from the CStrustee mailing list.
5.2 Remove me from the Constitution.org Wordpress admin email address.
5.3 Remove me from any private mailing lists you may have previously created in the execution of your duties as trustees.
5.4 Strike me from the records as ever having served with the Society.
5.5 Remove me from your personal email lists, chat applications, address books, and smartphone contacts.
5.6 Cease and desist all communications directed at me relating to the business or website of the Society.

6. To the best of my ability, I have recently:
6.1 Removed all links to Constitution.org content from the many and busy websites that I host that are now the center of the freedom community and the largest of their kind at this point.
6.2 Removed mention of the Society in any of my voluminous writings.

7. In one week I will delete almost everything I have relating to the Constitution Society. Nothing useful to you will be retrievable beyond that point so please don't contact me for any data or assistance or consulting relating to the Society website beyond that point.

This should entirely conclude my involvement with the Constitution Society as ex webmaster and now ex trustee. I wish I had done this much sooner based on the malicious and deceptive treatment I have received from some but certainly not all both current and past trustees to date, and especially upon my exit. The only thing dumber than me tolerating such continuing abuse is doing it for free as a volunteer. I thank those of you (most of you) who didn't contribute to that dysfunction over the years.

I have not lost interest in the honorable mission of the Society which is why I joined to begin with, but I will be pursuing that interest entirely independently from now on with greater zeal and much fewer restrictions or resource limitations than before. I am looking forward to it and thank you for freeing up more of my time to do it better. I am glad I could help with that mission to date and to get to know all of you in pursuit of it, even if there are significant differences in vision of how to best accomplish it.

I wish you all luck. You will need lots of it. God's blessings, protection, and provision aren't available to an atheist society, an atheist founder, an atheist constitution, or an atheist country, or I'd wish that too. Deut 28:15-68. See:

This approach towards God, by the way, is EXACTLY what George Washington, our First President, said at HIS Farewell Address, so I'll repeat it in mine:

"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism who should labour to subvert these great Pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of Men and citizens. The mere politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connections with private and public felicity. Let it simply be asked, "where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?" And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.
